Now we’re looking for a Head of CRM who’s ready to take full ownership of retention strategy, scale CRM operations, and turn player data into sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive CRM and retention strategy across casino and sportsbook.
- Design lifecycle strategies: activation, retention, reactivation, and VIP growth.
- Improve key metrics: LTV, ARPU, retention, and churn.
- Segment users and optimize bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, and promo strategy.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app), including welcome, FTD, reload, and reactivation flows.
- Implement A/B testing and holdout methodology as a standard.
- Develop the VIP segment in collaboration with the VIP team.
- Analyze performance and own CRM KPIs and campaign efficiency.
- Manage bonus budgets, balancing growth and profitability.
- Lead the CRM team and collaborate with Product, BI, and Marketing.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years in iGaming CRM/Retention, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle and unit economics.
- Proven track record of driving growth through CRM initiatives.
- Solid analytical skills: A/B testing, cohort analysis, attribution.
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, and CRM/CDP platforms.
- Understanding of bonus economics and email infrastructure.
- Team management experience (5+ people).
- English B2+.
