What You’ll Be Doing?

• Building and scaling partnerships with affiliates and traffic providers.
  ● Identifying new opportunities in the LATAM market and launching tailored campaigns.
  ● Managing communication — from onboarding to growth and retention.
  ● Creating and optimizing regional promotions and bonus programs.
  ● Analyzing performance, allocating budgets, and refining strategy.
  ● Collaborating with legal, design, and finance teams to execute smooth campaigns.
  ● Overseeing local ops — from content localization to event-based promos.
  ● Leading both outreach (hunting new partners) and expansion (growing existing ones).

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ year in affiliate or influencer marketing (bonus if in Gambling, CPA, or agencies).
  ● Strong grasp of LATAM user behavior in gambling/betting markets.
  ● Confident working with affiliate platforms, postback tracking, and core KPIs (ROI, NGR, LTV).
  ● Existing network of partners ready to launch campaigns with you.
  ● Deal closer — especially skilled in RevShare and CPA models.
  ● Native fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
  ● English or Russian for internal communication.
  ● A strong communicator who’s proactive, social, and self-driven.
  ● Energy, initiative, and a results-first mindset are your calling cards.
