What You’ll Be Doing

● Onboarding new partners and guiding them through the integration process.
● Building and maintaining long-term relationships with agents and partners.
● Supporting partners throughout every stage of cooperation and helping them achieve better results.
● Analyzing partner performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing improvement strategies.
● Consulting, educating, and sharing best practices with partners to maximize their potential.
● Monitoring key metrics, preparing reports, and keeping performance on track.
● Proactively solving challenges and finding effective solutions for partners.
● Collaborating closely with internal teams to improve partner experience and business results.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● You are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus
● You have strong negotiation and communication skills and know how to build trust with partners
● You can confidently analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
● You are comfortable working with Google Sheets, formulas, and performance reports
● You stay organized, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
● You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and handle challenges with a positive attitude
● Experience in Gambling, Betting, or iGaming is a strong advantage, but we’re also open to candidates with the right mindset and transferable skills
