What You’ll Be Doing

● Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkey.
● Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners, media buying teams, and traffic networks.
● Negotiate commercial terms and manage partnerships across CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other cooperation models.
● Monitor traffic quality, campaign performance, and key business metrics.
● Analyze affiliate activity and identify growth opportunities.
● Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner performance and maximize results.
● Stay up to date with local market trends, competitors, and emerging traffic sources.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● At least 1–2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, Gambling, Betting, or a closely related vertical.
● Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based partnerships.
● Experience working with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and other affiliate payment models.
● Existing network of affiliates and industry contacts is highly preferred.
● Fluency in English or Russian is required.
● Knowledge of Turkish, Kyrgyz, Tajik, or other local languages is a strong advantage.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
