What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage audiences (Telegram, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and adapt content for different GEOs and target audiences
- Track performance metrics and analyze engagement to optimize results
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the media team
- Build and nurture communities — organize giveaways, polls, and collaborations
- Stay ahead of trends and experiment with new formats and creative ideas
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ year of experience in SMM or community management (experience in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting is a big plus)
- Strong understanding of Telegram and international audience behavior
- Data-driven mindset with a creative edge
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
