What You’ll Be Doing

● Building and developing relationships with local affiliates, streamers, influencers, and media partners
● Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners within the target market
● Negotiating commercial terms and maintaining long-term partnerships
● Monitoring affiliate performance and optimizing traffic quality
● Working closely with internal teams to achieve acquisition and revenue goals
● Keeping up with local market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
● Attending industry events and networking opportunities when required

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Experience in Affiliate Management or a similar role
● Strong knowledge of the local affiliate landscape in the Bangladesh
● Existing network of affiliates and partners is a significant advantage
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets
● Fluent English and local language skills
● Previous iGaming experience is highly preferred.
