What You’ll Be Doing (Affiliate Manager)

• Designing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies that drive player acquisition and boost revenue.
  ● Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding affiliate partners to grow a robust, diverse network.
  ● Building long-term relationships through structured communication, support, and performance incentives.
  ● Monitoring KPIs, evaluating campaign results, and optimizing performance.
  ● Staying sharp on market trends, industry shifts, and competitor moves.
  ● Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams.
  ● Reporting on performance and presenting actionable insights to leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
  ● Proven track record in affiliate acquisition and portfolio management.
  ● Deep understanding of RevShare models — from negotiation to performance analysis.
  ● Hands-on with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and analytics tools.
  ● Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages a plus).
  ● Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
  ● Familiarity with European markets is a bonus.
  ● You’re KPI-driven, data-savvy, and ready to scale.
