Affiliate Manager -Azerbaijan & CIS

We are a fast-growing international iGaming/Betting company, working with partners across the globe. As we continue to expand our affiliate network, we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to strengthen our presence in Azerbaijan and CIS markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Searching for, attracting, and onboarding new affiliate partners in Azerbaijan & CIS.

• Developing and managing an active partner base (goal: +30–50 active partners in the first 3 months).

• Monitoring traffic quality, ensuring partners meet KPIs.

• Keeping track of market trends and competitor activity to expand acquisition channels.

• Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ year of proven experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming/Betting.

• Own or active partner base in the region (must-have).

• Negotiation skills in Azerbaijani.

• English proficiency at B2 level.

• Understanding of Azerbaijan & CIS markets.

• Russian language knowledge will be a strong plus.

• Responsible, result-driven, with knowledge of ROI and affiliate payment mechanics.
