What You’ll Be Doing

● Searching for and onboarding new affiliates (Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, websites, arbitrage teams)
● Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners
● Negotiating and managing deals (CPA / Hybrid / RevShare)
● Supporting partners with launches: tracking links, creatives, promo materials, demo accounts
● Monitoring traffic quality and performance (FTD, deposits, ROI, NGR)
● Analyzing partner performance and scaling top-performing affiliates
● Collaborating with internal teams (product, design, payments)
● Managing payouts and resolving partner-related issues

What Makes You a Great Fit

● You’re fluent in French or Arabic + English and communicate with clarity and confidence
● You have 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming
● You understand key metrics: FTD, ROI, NGR
● You have hands-on experience with different traffic sources (influencers, Telegram, websites, paid traffic)
● You’re confident in negotiations and partner management
● You enjoy solving problems and keeping things running smoothly
● You thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Experience in Tier-3 markets (Africa / MENA) is a strong plus
● Having your own affiliate base is a big advantage
