What You’ll Be Doing (Affiliate Manager – Kazakh-speaking)

• Sourcing and onboarding new affiliate partners to fuel mutual growth.
  ● Nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners.
  ● Monitoring performance metrics, analyzing traffic, and helping partners scale results.
  ● Handling disputes calmly and efficiently.
  ● Working with affiliates as teammates: setting goals, growing together, scaling impact.
  ● Keeping clear and simple reports — no bureaucracy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ months of affiliate marketing experience — ideally in gambling or betting.
  ● Fluent in Kazakh (required).
  ● Strong communicator — persuasive, relationship-driven, and empathetic.
  ● Proactive self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision.
  ● You understand what good traffic looks like — and know where to find it.
  ● Bonus: you already have a partner base.
  ● Comfortable with multitasking and quick to adapt.
