We’re not just looking for an Affiliate Manager.

We’re looking for someone who understands the MENA market, already has an affiliate network in the region, and knows how to build and scale partnerships on a revenue share model.

Who We Are

We are a gambling & betting startup actively expanding in the MENA region.

Our core markets are Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia and Libya. We’re currently looking for an Affiliate Manager with 1+ year of experience to join our team and help scale our affiliate network across these markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing affiliate partnerships across MENA (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Libya, Tunisia) 
• Sourcing, onboarding, and scaling new affiliates 
• Working with revenue share deals and building long-term partnerships 
• Developing and maintaining your affiliate base in the region 
• Monitoring traffic quality and key performance metrics 
• Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing results 
• Preparing reports 
• Testing new traffic sources and approaches 
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager 
• Proven experience working with the MENA region 
• Existing affiliate base in MENA Must be a local 
• Experience in gambling / betting vertical 
• Experience with multiple traffic sources 
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills 
• English level B2 or higher 
• Proactive and performance-driven mindset
