What You’ll Be Doing (Affiliate Manager – Global Markets)

● Developing and scaling the affiliate channel across multiple GEOs.
● Sourcing and onboarding new partners (affiliates, teams, influencers).
● Managing and growing existing affiliate relationships.
● Building long-term, high-performing partnerships.
● Analyzing and optimizing traffic (CR, FTD, ROI, etc.).
● Testing new traffic sources and growth hypotheses.
● Collaborating with marketing and product teams.
● Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
● Preparing reports and driving growth initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming / casino preferred).
● Advertiser-side experience — must-have.
● Middle+ level of expertise.
● Fluent Russian (required).
● English and/or other languages relevant to GEOs — a plus.
● Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
● Analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics.
● Proactive, results-driven, and growth-oriented.
