🔥 HOTWe are looking for a skilled Affiliate Manager to drive our affiliate marketing strategy across one of the following region: Nigeria Kenya Tanzania Morocco within the gambling sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the gaming industry.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Affiliate Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies tailored to each country’s market.
- Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates and partners, building strong relationships to drive performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Communication and Support: Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to local laws and regulations governing the gambling industry.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our affiliate offerings.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and optimize campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, providing insights to senior management.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the gambling or gaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in Nigeria Kenya Tanzania Morocco
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
