What You’ll Be Doing

● Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for our online casino portfolio
● Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, and support) to plan and launch new products and features
● Oversee the entire product lifecycle — from concept to post-launch analysis
● Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize user experience and product performance
● Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and industry standards
● Supervise daily operational processes, including customer support coordination and internal workflow optimization
● Build and maintain relationships with service providers, partners, and third-party vendors

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● 3+ years of experience in Product and/or Operations Management within the online casino / iGaming industry
● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
● Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
● Deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance
● Hands-on experience with project management tools and systems
● Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex problems
