E-Wallet Manager / Payment Agent Manager  – Online Betting & Casino Brand (MENA Region)

We’re hiring an experienced Payment Agent Manager to build and manage our MobCash and Bank Transfer payment agent network across key MENA markets: Iran, Morocco, Egypt, Somalia, and Algeria.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify, contact, and onboard local MobCash and Bank Transfer agents in the target countries
– Build a scalable and sustainable network of reliable payment agents
-Ensure seamless onboarding of agents in line with internal protocols
– Act as the primary point of contact for all agent-related communication, issue resolution, and performance tracking
– Provide ongoing market insights to help optimize payment flows and user experience

Requirements:
– Proven experience in e-wallets and agent network management within the betting and casino industries
– Strong network of MobCash and/or Bank Transfer agents in at least one of the target markets
– Solid understanding of local financial ecosystems and cash-based user behavior.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
– Independent, organized, and goal-oriented.
– Fluency in written English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Farsi, or French is a strong plus
– Bonus: Experience working with agents in West Africa, Bangladesh or Uzbekistan

-Ensure seamless onboarding of agents in line with internal protocols
– Act as the primary point of contact for all agent-related communication, issue resolution, and performance tracking
– Provide ongoing market insights to help optimize payment flows and user experience
