We are launching a brand-new iGaming project and are looking for a Head of Affiliates who will take full ownership of building and scaling the affiliate function from scratch. Strategy, processes, team, partners, and results — everything starts with you.

We are an iGaming startup at the launch stage, focused on MENA markets. No legacy systems, no outdated processes — just a clean slate and ambitious goals.
We value ownership, speed, and smart execution. This role has a direct impact on product, marketing, and commercial strategy — not just traffic numbers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fully owning the affiliate direction of a new iGaming brand focused on MENA.
- Building the affiliate strategy from zero: acquisition model, partner segmentation, GEO focus, KPIs.
- Designing and implementing all affiliate processes, tools, tracking, and reporting.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliates and media-buying teams relevant to MENA traffic.
- Hiring, leading, and scaling the affiliate team (Affiliate Managers, support roles, analysts).
- Managing budgets, negotiating deals, and optimizing ROI across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
- Monitoring performance, market trends, and competitors, continuously improving results.
- Working closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Support to ensure smooth partner operations.
- Representing the brand at iGaming conferences, expos, and regional networking events.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Affiliates in an iGaming product.
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
- Established network of partners (MENA experience is a strong advantage).
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Ownership mentality — you build systems, teams, and long-term strategy, not just run daily operations.
- Confident leader with experience hiring and managing teams.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
