What You’ll Be Doing

● Source and validate influencers, platforms, and traffic opportunities
● Check audience quality and identify fraud or fake engagement
● Negotiate strong commercial terms, including paid and barter deals
● Manage integrations from brief to launch and make sure everything lands on time
● Set clear tasks and review content to ensure brand fit and strong execution
● Launch and grow long-term collaborations, including ambassador partnerships
● Test formats, creatives, and offers to find what converts best
● Build and optimize traffic funnels from influencer placements
● Track KPI performance, traffic quality, and ROI
● Monitor the market and competitors to spot new growth opportunities early

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Have hands-on experience with CPA and RS models
● Have worked with the Uzbekistan market
● Speak Uzbek
● Have experience working with streamers
● Already have your own network of trusted partners and creators
● Bring at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate management
● Know how to balance creativity with performance and commercial thinking
● Feel confident in a fast-moving environment where speed and ownership matter
