Local Recruitment Manager MENA Region

Key Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and recruit local candidates for Affiliate Manager and Bank Transfer/MobCash Manager roles in Morocco, Egypt, Iran, Algeria, Somalia.
– Develop and execute localized recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
– Use platforms like Linkedin, Telegram and others to network and drive recruitment.
– Provide insights on regional talent markets and hiring trends.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in recruitment within the online betting, casino, and affiliate marketing industries in Morocco, Egypt, Iran, Algeria, Somalia.
– Strong network and understanding of local talent in the affiliate gambling and payments space.
– Experience with Bank Transfer and MobCash agents and managers.
– Good communication and organizational skills.
– Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented.
