What You’ll Be Doing

• Search for and attract cashiers and operational specialists across MENA markets;
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contacts through social media, referrals, professional communities, networking, and local sourcing channels;
• Conduct initial communication with candidates, present cooperation opportunities, answer questions, and support onboarding processes;
• Collect, organize, and maintain up-to-date candidate information, including experience, availability, and working preferences;
• Work closely with Payments, Operations, and other internal teams to efficiently fulfill business needs;
• Track sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness;
• Participate in developing outreach strategies, communication templates, and scalable sourcing processes;
• Continuously expand your professional network within the MENA region and identify new talent acquisition opportunities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong understanding of the MENA region and local business culture;
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage;
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with an international team;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Confidence in outreach, negotiations, and networking activities;
• Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify and solve challenges;
• Interest in iGaming and willingness to develop expertise in the industry;
• Previous experience in casino operations, payments, customer support, recruiting, sales, or similar fields is a plus;
• Ability to work with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, and databases in a structured manner;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of communication;
• Direct hunting experience is welcome but not required — motivation and learning ability matter most.
