Payment Specialist

Our company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payment Specialist to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payment operations and financial processes within the iGaming industry, especially in the South Korean market. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant payment flows, collaborating with PSPs, banks, and internal departments to optimize financial operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Korean — both spoken and written. Russian is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in payment operations, financial services, or banking, preferably within the iGaming industry and focused on the South Korean market.
• Solid understanding of payment processes: incoming/outgoing transactions, routing, settlements, and balance reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Korean legislation and regulations related to payments, gambling, and financial operations.
• Familiarity with local payment systems, banking procedures, and cooperation with Korean PSPs and banks.
• Understanding of the iGaming market specifics and payment scheme characteristics within the industry.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to identify issues in payment flows and propose effective improvements.
