Now we’re looking for a Product / Project Manager who can take ownership of product and operational processes, work with affiliate flows, and drive execution from idea to launch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full project lifecycle: from idea to launch and optimization
• Plan, coordinate, and control product and marketing initiatives
• Work with affiliate flows, tracking systems, and integrations
• Set tasks for development, marketing, and design teams
• Monitor deadlines, priorities, and delivery quality
• Analyze key metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Launch and support campaigns and product features
• Ensure correct work of tracking, domains, redirects, and integrations
• Resolve operational issues, incidents, and partner-related cases
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of experience as Product / Project Manager (iGaming / affiliate / betting preferred)
• Understanding of funnels, traffic, retention, and monetization
• Experience with affiliate networks and tracking systems
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze metrics and make decisions
• Experience with tools like Jira / YouTrack / Trello / Asana
• Basic understanding of domains, tracking, redirects, payments
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Ability to handle multitasking and solve problems proactively

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM or analytics tools
• Understanding of anti-fraud processes
• English level Intermediate+
