What You’ll Be Doing (Promo Manager – Event Campaigns)

● Developing and launching promo campaigns based on the promo calendar (e.g. seasonal events, Black Friday, New Year, etc.).
● Designing promo mechanics, bonus structures, and prize pools.
● Coordinating with marketing, CRM, design, and affiliate teams.
● Setting up and launching promotions in internal systems.
● Participating in promo planning and calendar creation.
● Managing tasks in Jira (landing pages, creatives, copy, promo assets).
● Controlling timelines and ensuring readiness before launch.
● Creating and managing promo codes for affiliate partners.
● Preparing bonus offers for affiliates.
● Analyzing promo performance and preparing monthly reports.
● Providing insights and optimization ideas for future campaigns.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● 1+ year of experience in marketing, CRM, or promo campaign management.
● Experience with bonus campaigns or promotional mechanics is a plus.
● Understanding of promo logic, player incentives, and engagement strategies.
● Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
● Strong task management and deadline control skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate new promo ideas.
● Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
● Confident user of office tools and basic systems.
