As the Retention Manager, you will be responsible for implementing retention
campaigns and deliver targets by overseeing campaign management and strategic planning. This role will help implement retention campaigns using a wide breadth of approaches including email, SMS, push notifications and direct retention.
Requirements:
– Highly numerate with strong analytical ability
– Strong problem solving skills with the ability understanding and diagnosing solutions
– Creative mind set
– Self-driven, and ability to work independently and at pace in a dynamic organisation
– Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Big plus will be experience in Asian (Vietnam) markets
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute retention strategies to increase player LTV.
– Create and optimize automated CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app).
– Segment user base and run A/B tests to boost engagement.
– Analyze key retention metrics and deliver regular performance reports.
