Senior CRM-Retention Manager – Africa Region
We’re looking for a CRM & Retention Manager who’s ready to build the player journey from scratch.
A brand-new iGaming project is preparing to go live — with a clear focus on the African market.
We’re not just looking for someone to run campaigns — we want a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who’s ready to own the full CRM cycle and help shape user experience from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies for retention, reactivation, and increasing LTV (across both casino and sportsbook verticals)
- Analyze player data: behavior, preferences, and game history to create audience segments and personalized offers
- Manage campaigns end-to-end using CRM platforms: creation, launch, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
- Design automated trigger flows (welcome, churn, reactivation, birthday, and others) to drive lifecycle engagement
- Continuously track and improve key CRM metrics: retention rates, reactivation success, and overall profitability
