What You’ll Be Doing

● Handling incoming requests and applications from new partners via email and social platforms (Telegram / WhatsApp / LinkedIn).

● Setting up partnership deals (CPA / Revenue Share / Hybrid).

● Creating promo codes for partners.

● Configuring postback links when required (minimal involvement).

● Creating and assigning demo accounts.

● Communicating with the security team regarding traffic checks (fraud, multi-accounting, chargebacks, self-excluded users).

● Conducting basic traffic quality analytics when requested.

● Adjusting deals when necessary (minimal involvement).

What Makes You a Great Fit

● You’re fluent in Russian (native) and English (B2+).

● You have at least 6 months of experience in Affiliate / Support Affiliate / Tech Affiliate roles.

● You’re proactive, responsible, and able to handle tasks independently.

● You’re comfortable working with Excel at a basic or higher level.

● You’re ready to work in a coordinated 7/0 schedule with a teammate (weekends covered alternately or individually, based on agreement).

● You can solve non-standard partner requests and navigate unexpected issues confidently.
