You’ll be one of the key people behind our growth: building strong pipelines, taking care of candidates, and helping hiring managers find “their” people — not just close headcount.
This role is a mix of hands-on recruitment and process ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full hiring cycle
Partner with hiring managers to clarify profiles, priorities and must-haves.
Run end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (from job brief to offer).
Keep candidates informed and supported at every step.
Craft roles & outreach that actually work
Write clear, engaging job descriptions that attract the right people (not just more CVs).
Prepare structured outreach messages for different markets (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, etc.).
Help keep our employer voice consistent across channels.
Stay on top of the pipeline
Monitor incoming applications and referrals, follow up proactively, and never let great profiles “fall through the cracks”.
Assign and track test tasks (where applicable), making sure they don’t disappear into the abyss.
Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline — no “mystery candidates”.
ATS & reporting
Work confidently in our Applicant Tracking System: update stages, leave notes, prepare basic reports.
Help us keep recruitment as organized as a perfectly labelled folder structure (or your grandma’s spice rack).
Partnering & process improvement
Be a trusted point of contact for hiring managers: suggest, challenge, and calibrate, not просто «принимать заявки».
Notice patterns and bottlenecks in the funnel and propose improvements (shorter processes, better stages, clearer communication, etc.).
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
Strong organizational skills: you can manage multiple roles and stakeholders without losing candidates or context.
Excellent communication: you know how to ask the right questions, manage expectations and keep people in the loop.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (any ATS — we’ll teach you ours).
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team — you can own your area and still think “we”, not just “I”.
You genuinely like people and hiring: for you, it’s not just “screen CVs” but about matching humans and environments.
Nice to have:
Experience in IT / iGaming / high-growth product companies.
Experience hiring for international markets and remote roles.
Ability to write clear, friendly outreach and job texts in English (other languages are a plus).
