What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and developing the Account Manager / Mob Cash Manager team.
• Distributing tasks, setting priorities, and controlling execution.
• Monitoring team KPIs and partner performance.
• Developing key partners and identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyzing performance data and solving operational issues.
• Handling negotiations and conflict situations.
• Supporting the team with complex cases and making decisions.
• Providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Optimizing processes and automating routine tasks.
• Working with reporting, analytics, and key performance metrics.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming as an Account Manager / Mob Cash Manager.
• Proven team management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop partnerships and influence partner performance.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers.
• Google Sheets: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and basic formulas.
• Basic knowledge of Monday / Jira or similar CRM/task-management tools.
• Strong ownership, proactivity, and ability to make independent decisions.
• English B2+ is preferred.
• Must be based in Cyprus.
