Who We Are
We’re an international iGaming team of around 90 people. We’re actively scaling our product and strengthening both affiliate and payment directions.
The agent-based acquisition model is a strategic growth channel for us. Through a network of payment agents, we attract players and support deposit and withdrawal flows in CIS and Asian markets. This direction directly impacts revenue and overall business expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be responsible for launching and developing a payment agent network across GEOs such as Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan.
- Your focus will be on building the structure from the ground up: sourcing agents, negotiating cooperation terms, onboarding and launching them, and ensuring stable operations.
- On a daily basis, you’ll conduct active outreach, hold negotiations, assess partner reliability, and monitor performance. You’ll control traffic quality, operational stability, and partner activity. You’ll work closely with finance, risk, and support teams to ensure smooth processes and participate in building internal workflows for this direction.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have proven experience in iGaming or gambling. You’ve worked with agents, webmasters, or payment partners and clearly understand how agent or affiliate models function in practice.
- You’re strong in active sales and cold communication, confident in negotiations, and capable of building long-term partnerships. You think in terms of scalability and performance, not just communication. You’re independent, structured, and responsible for results.
