What You’ll Be Doing (VIP Manager)

● Managing VIP players and acting as their main point of contact.
● Communicating via Intercom, Telegram, WhatsApp, and calls.
● Monitoring player activity and engagement proactively.
● Developing and executing retention strategies.
● Handling complex cases (payments, withdrawals, bonuses, KYC, disputes).
● Collaborating with internal teams: Payments, Risk, Support, QA, Product.
● Offering personalized bonuses, promotions, and VIP conditions.
● Maintaining CRM records and achieving KPI targets.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Experience as a VIP / Retention / Account Manager in iGaming.
● Experience working with one or more GEOs: LATAM, Portugal, Uzbekistan.
● Strong understanding of retention, churn, and player lifecycle.
● Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
● Experience with chats and calls (inbound / outbound).
● Confident use of CRM systems and communication tools.
● Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset.

● Experience working with high-value VIP clients across multiple markets.
● Deep understanding of VIP segment specifics in iGaming.
